Description
Two-storey holiday house in Miami Playa with own garden and commun pool. There is a private parking space available. The holiday house has three bedrooms which offer with two double beds(135x180cm) and two single beds(80x180cm) place for 6 people. There is a further sofa bed(135x180cm) in the living/dining room which sleeps two persons. The living room has a fire place for colder days. The kitchen is open and completly furnished with fridge, shelfs, microwaves, oven, coffee maker, plates, etc. In total there are two bathrooms one of which is equipped with a bath tube and the other comes with a shower. In the house you will also dispose of a TV, a washing machine, iron and iron board, cloth hourse, etc. There are two terraces. One in the upper floor infront of one of the bedrooms and one in the lower floor which is equipped and has a grill. Overall it is a save and quiet area.

Arrival and departure date have to be at a Saturday. Check-In after 4pm and check-out until 10am.

Mont-Roig del Camp and Miami Playa are one of the most important touristic centres of the Costa Dorada at the Mediterranean coast. The 12km of sandy beaches invite to discover a new world. The tourist can enjoy awesome holidays: leisure time and amusement, festivals and recreation, golf and any other sports, history, traditions, folklore and folk festivals, art and culture, gastronomy. Mont-Roig - Miama Playa is THE ideal destination to pass unforgettable holidays at the Costa Dorada! Mont-Roig and Miama Playa’s touristic infrastructure is extraordinary. The active-tourists will appreciate the perfect geographic location as it is the ideal starting point for diverse excursions, visits or other activities. The mountains, amusement parks and possibilities of adventure sports are within a few kilometres distance. If you have the possibility to spend some days in Moint-Roig or Miami Playa, you should not miss the following buildings: The pilgrimage church Mare de Déu de la Roca (1230), patron saint of Mont-Roig del Camp, offers an impressive panorama and is less the 4km from Mont-Roig del Camp’s centre. Not far from this church there is the chapel of San Ramón that was built in 1826 and to date protects the seamen. The old church and its belfry were constructed int the centre of Mont-Roig. And its form could be preserved since 1194. The new church of San Miguel is called "Catedral del Baix Camp" and situated in Mont-Roig del Camp’s centre as well. The foundation dates back to 1801 after the destruction of 24 houses. The sanctuary of Marc de Déu del Perió was established in the middle of the 18th century. After its reconstruction in 1909 the square evolved to an excellent place for leisure activities and open-air games.
Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
