Lovely decorated apartment in the ground floor of a touristic residential zone with community swimmingpool, green space, reception, basketball court, restaurant, bar, playground for kids, animation, and a medical center. The neighboorhood is very lively and the apartment is ideal for 5 persons.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. The living room has a double bed sofa. Further installations are a tv. The American kitchen offers a microwave, coffee machine and of course all the other neccesary kitchen utensils.
Note: The minimum stay between july and august is 7 days with arrival and departure always on a saturday. |

- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.

- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
