Description

Renovated apartment with two swimming pools, green space, reception, basketball court, restaurant, bar, playground for kids, animation, and a medical center. The apartment is ideal for 5 persons.
There is a bedroom with three single beds. The living room has a double bed sofa. Further installations are TV and a DVD-player as well as a central heating. The kitchen is open and offers a microwave, coffee maker and of course all the other neccesary kitchen utensils. It is not allowed to bring your pets. Note: 7 days minimum stay in July and August (Check in/out only on Saturdays). There are many discotheques, bars and restaurants, which are open in the night, around the apartment.

Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.

Salou, named Salauris by Roman settlers, formed part of the religious PATRIMONIO of Tarragona. King James I of Spain was the first to take full advantage of the excellent port and based his entire fleet in Salou. However it wasn´t long before pirates discovered the virutes of the port of Salou and began terrorising the people with raids and the town was deserted.
