Basic apartment with one bedroom and a community swimming pool, in the centre of a lively area. No pets allowed. Note: 7 days minimum stay (check in/out always on Saturday) Available July and August.

Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.

Location
Salou, named Salauris by Roman settlers, formed part of the religious PATRIMONIO of Tarragona. King James I of Spain was the first to take full advantage of the excellent port and based his entire fleet in Salou. However it wasn´t long before pirates discovered the virutes of the port of Salou and began terrorising the people with raids and the town was deserted. In response, the Torre Vella de Salou was constructed in 1530 to defend the city. Today the motorway and train connections between Salou and the town of Reus, and a warm temperate climate throughout the year, have turned Salou into a tourism hotspot on the Costa Dorada, visited by people from the world over. For those that tire of the long stretches of sand that are typical of the Costa Dorada, Salou offers more intimate smaller beaches bordered with pine trees and with pretty caves. When night falls, Salou offers up a range of restaurants, bars and discos that will satisfy even the most extroverted personalities that come to experience the nightlife of the Costa Dorada! With the opening of Port Aventura, a huge theme park built by Universal Studios, Salou now attracts more people than ever before. In conclusion, Salou is the ideal destination for those who come in search of nightlife, nature, sand, sea and sun!
