Studio apartment in a vacation residence with a swimming pool (one for adults and another for children), approximately 200 meters from the beach. Capacity for 2-4 people (2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed in the living room). Surface area of approx. 28m² with a terrace of approx. 5m². Very well equipped (dishes, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils, TV, DVD, iron and ironing board…). Complete bathroom with a tub. Terrace furnished with table and chairs. Well-situated apartment in the lively centre of Salou, close to all of the services and amenities as well as one of the most important beaches of Salou (Playa Capellans).
· Vacation residence with a lift, entertainment, bars, restaurant, children’s play area, and a cybercafe. · Sheets and towels are not provided. · Animals are accepted.
•Optional air conditioning: +25 euros/week.
Note: The apartment is rented out clean and the guest should return it in the same condition, otherwise it will be discounted from the deposit. |

Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.

| Salou, named Salauris by Roman settlers, formed part of the religious PATRIMONIO of Tarragona. King James I of Spain was the first to take full advantage of the excellent port and based his entire fleet in Salou. However it wasn´t long before pirates discovered the virutes of the port of Salou and began terrorising the people with raids and the town was deserted. In response, the Torre Vella de Salou was constructed in 1530 to defend the city.
