Apartment in Es Canar directly at the sea with tremendous view of the sea and the harbour, a communal garden and big green spaces.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (190x150). In the spacious dining and living room there is a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hobs, coffeemachine, crockery and a table. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment has various useful equipments: TV and stereo. It is located in a quiet district with shops and all services accessible by foot and only 10m from the sea as well as a direct view of the isles of Tagomago and Es Canar from the terrace, which makes you relax completely. The furnished terrace has a table and some chairs in order to arrange your summer vacation as comfortable as possible.  The minimum stay is 7 days and arrival and departure always have to be on a SATURDAY.

Santa Eulalia is the third biggest town of the island Ibiza and about 21km away from the airport. Especially families and people seeking peace come to this holiday-destination. The long, wide sandy beach invites to sunbathing and children will love the shallow waters. The impressive promenade on the milelong broad sandy beach is the ideal place for a relaxing walk under palm trees. You will pass small gardens and a high fountain, always with marvellous views to the bay. Once arrived at the port, the ferry takes you to the beaches nearby, to the hippie-market in Es Cana, to Ibiza-town or you have the possiblity to make a daytrip to the sister-island of Formentera. For a long time the city has got the reputation of being the gestronomic and cultural centre of the island. In Santa Eulalia an interesting colony of talented artists has been established and some of them are already known all over the world. Consequentely, the shops and art-galleries are privileged for selling work from artists who exhibit in various metropolis.
Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
