Studio-Apartment for holiday rental, located in Portinaxt, Ibiza, with shared pool and garden. The apartment measures 40 m2. In the large living/bedroom you will find two double sofa-beds, with the minimum size of 180x135. The American kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, gas cooker, coffee machine, dishes and area with table and chairs. Further there is a bathroom with bath tube. The apartment comes with: TV, Hifi, washing machine, iron and iron table. The apartment in located in a private area with swimming pool, garden and grill. The apartment is located in Portinaxt, Ibiza and only 50 m from the beach. The area is very calm. Further the apartment offers you a great terrace with view over the sea, furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a shared parking.
Minimum length of stay is 7 days between 17.06.2006 - 15.09.2006, arrival and departure date have to be on a Saturday.

Location
Cala Portinatx is situated in the north of Ibiza and consists of three beaches, S'Arenal Gros, S'Arenal Petite and Playa Porto. All three beaches offer nice fine sandy beaches and cristal clear water for perfect swimming quality. As the names indicate the biggest beach is S'Arenal Gros. S'Arenal Petit is a smaller beach giving a more private atmosphere. The resort offers everything you need like supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurant. The unique nature is perfect for walking and do not miss a trip on one of the glass boats along the impressing north coast of Ibiza.
Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
