Description

Interesting house divided in two sections (80m² + 80m² and independent studio), which may give privacy for one large group. The annex to the swimming pool is very near, and therefore guests may use the WC and kitchen in the annex.
There are three bedrooms; two with single beds and one with a double bed. In the annex there are two single beds. There are two equipped kitchens with microwave, electric oven, two electric cookers, two dishwashers and two electric coffee makers. There is a terrace of 90m² with a swimming pool of 32m².

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
