Description
Extensive old country house renovated in 1990. A typical rural home distributed on two floors. The house is simple, but ample (74000m²). Capacity for 12 people. The outdoor area is very well taken care of. The garden includes grass and an elevated and gated swimming pool. There is also a small forest on the property with Holm Oak with Majorcan Mules which are still used for farm labour. The area has archaeological sites. The house is comprised of six very comfortable double bedrooms; one with a double bed and five with single beds. There is central heating, chimney, CD satellite TV, barbeque, completely equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. An interesting option considering the total capacity and price. Consult with the owners about domestic animals.

Location
>>Cosy resort with 2000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the island, 40 km north-east from Palma de Mallorca, 16 km from Port de Alcúdia. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Resort situated between Bahia de Alcudia and Port Alcudia, surrounded by villages such as Inca (important show factory). It is also famous for its traditional hearbs sweet liqueur. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) 35 km.
Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
