Apartment in Majorca in country home from the 19th century in the heart of Majorca and 30km from the capital Palma de Majorca and the airport. The finca is situated in plain country on a hill and surrounded by a beautiful landscape and pure nature. The apartment it self consists of one double and one twin bedroom, two complete bathrooms, a living/dinning room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, juicer, coffee maker, and toaster) and a terrace with beautiful view over the valley and the landscape. Furthermore the apartment is equipped with air condition, heating, hair dryer, TV and a fan. A community pool, garden and parking lots belong to the Finca and can be used by guests of the apartments.
The finca is situated about 5km from the next village Lloret and about 7km from the village Sineu, two traditional villages with mainly mediaeval arquitecture. The next beach is about 25km away and in 30km there is a golf course. The owner offers several services on request like baby sitting, massage, and typical Majorcan dinners. These services are not included in the price. |

Lloret de Vistalegre with its 800 residents still provides the visitor a characteristical majorcian country-life. Well worth seeing is the ancient city-centre with its old mills, fountains and the beautiful church.
Furthermore numerous bars,cafes and restaurants with local treats are inviting the visitor for a walk through the small streets of the city.
The little village is located amongst a beautiful natural landscape in the heart of Majorca and therfore serves as an ideal starting point for peregrinations and discovering tours of the environment.
In Sineu, a city very close by, you can find as well excellent restaurants and a huge weekly market every Wednesday where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and other local specialities but also craftworks.
Within half an hour by passing by the city of Campos you will find one of the nicest and longest beaches of Majorca, Es Trenc. The beaches and bays of Muro and Picafort, La Rapita, Pollensa and Alcuia are located just 26-40 km away.
Asides from these you will find as well lots of golf-courses situated in Son Ante, Vall D'Or, Pollensa, Canyamel, Pula,Roca Viva, and Son Servera. The capital of the iland, Palma, can be reached within 33km. |
| Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy |
In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
