| The apartment is situated in a 200-year old country-house which is located in the heart of Majorca. In 2005 it was reformed into 2 Apartments with separate entrances. It has a community-pool (10x5m) with a shower, and a garden of 1500m² within the Finca surrounded by nature. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double-bed (180x135) and the other with 2 single-beds (180x80)- if neccessary a cradle can be given free of charge. Moreover there is an additional single-bed. From the spacious living- and dining-room -where another single bed is provided- you can enter a terrace with a table, and chairs looking onto the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with fridge, work-surface, electronic hobs, grill, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-machine, and crockery. There are 2 bathrooms, each one equipped with a bath tub. Furthermore the apartment provides pleasant and useful equipment like Satellite-TV, ventilator, heating, and iron. A washing-machine is provided for the use of both apartments. The apartment is 12km away from the aiport, 4km from Llucmajor, and 11km from the closest beaches. Just 1,5 km away there is a Golf-Club which also has a gym and tennis court. In july and august, Min stay: 7 days - Arrival and departure date have to be on a Saturday. |

Lluchmajor is located only about 26km in the southeast of the capital Palma de Majorca. This ordinary country town is amongst the largest of southern Majorca and has got a long history: it was the site of the battle in 1349 where Pedro IV of Aragon killed his relative Jaume III to end Majorca's brief spell as an independent kingdom. Jaume's death is commemorated by a statue at the end of Passeig Jaume III.
The beaches of Cala Pi or Cap Blanc are nearby, where you can take a sunbath or a relaxing walk and enjoy Lluchmajor's beautiful scenery. There, you can also try various kinds of watersports such as sailing, surfing or waterski.
In the evening you should also stop by in one of the numerous bars or restaurants of Lluchmajor in order to taste some traditional food or just enjoy one or more cocktails that complete your vacations.
Shoe making is still a significant industry in Llucmajor and Almonds and apricots grow around the town that can be bought at the market held twice a week in Plaza d'Espanya. And of course, during summer numerous festivals take place, which are definitely worth participating in. |
| Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy |
In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
