Apartment in Puerto de Alcudia, Majorca, with communal pool and views of the sea and mountains.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and 2 single beds (180x80cm) in each. The wide iving/dining room is very luminous.The American kitchen is totally equipped with a fridge, teapot, coffee machine, gaslighter, crockery, table and chairs. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and bidet. The apartment has nice and useful installations: television and washing machine.
It is very good situated, at only few meters from restaurants and commercial centers, with all services closed to the apartment, and at only 50m from the beach. There is a communal pool. Minimum stay of 7 days with arrivals and departures only on SATURDAY.

Location
Alcudia is close to one of the longest beaches of Mallorca, whose bay of Alcudia offers the beloved Toursitenort Port d´Alcudia. The place itself lies about a kilometer farther inwards and thus has a lesser tourist infrastructure than Port d´Alcudia. Most tourists visit Alcudia only one day. Alcudia is one of the oldest places of Mallorca. The city is surrounded by a mideavel citywall with a tower which is almost completely conserved and restored and therefore are worth being viewed. Its also pretty easy to stroll around town and stay in one of the cafes. Further points of interest is the Sant Jaume church which has been coined through various architectural styles and is partly built with the city walls, which is worth visiting because there is a bullring arena. Throughout the year there are also music meetings taking place. A little bit outside of Alcudia one can visit roman ruins that show a mansion and an amphitheater. Like most cities in Mallorca, Alcudia has a weekend market where all sorts of intersting things can be found. An excursion is also worth on the Erimitage, which lies on peninsula of La Victoria.

Note:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival, the client must:
-Pay the company''s prepayment at the very instant of doing the reservation; the total remaining has to be paid 45 days before arrival. Until the payment is not made the booking won''t be confirm.
-If the reservation is made with less than 45 days before arrival, the client must pay the prepayment and the total rent remaining to Open House at the very instant of doing the reservation.
