Beautiful and ample traditional Majorcan house with 3 bedrooms - one master bedroom and two bathrooms, both with bathtub. The cosy decoration and the fantastic views of a field and mountains make the house a very pleasant place to stay. In addition, there is a swimming pool, solarium and furnished porch which guarantee moments of relaxation.

NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.

Location

The village of Sa Pobla offers several visits of interest, including modernist buildings and especially the ethnology and contemporary art museums. Further you will find there the seventeenth-century parish church. Sa Pobla is located in the northeast of Mallorca and 42 km away from the capital – Palma de Mallorca. Every Sunday, in Sa Pobla, you will find an open market in the center of the town, where you can find typical products from Mallorca. The main attraction of the area is the S’Albufera Nature Park, one of the most important ecological enclaves in the Balearic Islands. A visit to the surrounding area also includes the nine crosses belonging to the municipality, including the cross of Marti Segui.
