Contemporary and functional twin villa on the front line of the sea. Comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms and one guest toilet. Natural illumination, swimming pool, fabulous views and located in a residential and very calm area. Only 200 meters from the sandy beach.

NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.
