Old house renovated with good taste and Majorcan rustic style in 2003. Comprised of two dining rooms, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office with privacy, living room and an equipped kitchen. In addition, outside guests may enjoy multiple furnished terraces and a swimming pool closed for children. The house is prepared for every season with central heating and air conditioning. This typical Majorcan house of 240m² allows guests to enjoy the best family holiday in a pleasant atmosphere, as well as the tranquillity and privacy of an isolated home, while still close to the town and wonderful Majorcan beaches.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.
