Charming country house for 6 people in the neighbourhood around Alcúdia. This house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, visible wood beams and rustic furniture. It is equipped with many modern comforts including fast Internet access, air and central heating, satellite TV and music equipment to assure our guest’s comfort, allowing them to stay in contact with the world while they enjoy a holiday. In addition, there are views to the field and an outer swimming pool, surrounded by gardens and terraces.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.
