Building located in the rural area of Felanitx, in a tranquil country ambiance. The house was an old rural school, renovated in 2002 and prepared as a living space. The house has five bedrooms, all with two single beds each. There are two auxiliary beds, baby crib and high chair. There are four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub. One bathroom is situated in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The house is prepared for winter months with central heating and a chimney. There is also a safe box, Internet connection, TV, SAT, DVD and compact disk. The terrace has a 50m² swimming pool with an exterior shower, deck chairs, barbeque, parasol, etc. Furthermore, there is a 500m² garden with grass and Olive trees. Consult with the owners about pets.
NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. |

• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
