Very large rustic property located in a calm and very beautiful area, with views of the Serra Tramuntana Mountains. There is a large private swimming pool, furnished terraces, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. The house has seven double bedrooms, and two auxiliary beds, five bathrooms, two completely equipped kitchens, two living rooms and two dining rooms with chimney, heating and air conditioning. Animals are allowed with previous consultation.

Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
