The apartment is centrally located in Colonia Sant Jordi in Majorca and only 50m away from the beach and marina. Colonia Sant Jordi is situated about 40km from the capital Palma de Majorca. The apartment was refurbished in 2005 and has two bedrooms. One has a double bed (135x180cm) and the other is furnished with a double sofa bed (135x180cm) and a single bed (80x180cm). On request the owner offers a cot free of charge. The living and dinning room is spacious and light. From here you access the main terrasse. This is furnished with chairs and table and has a beautiful view over the sea and the island Cabrera. There is a second terrace on the top of the building which is exclusively belongs to this apartment. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with fridge, hobs, microwave, coffee maker, and grill. The bathroom comes wiht a shower. Further the apartment is equipped with air condition and electric heater. The location of the apartment is ideal and central. The heart of Colonia Sant Jordi can be reached in 50m, and so the supermarket and restaurants. The building also disposes of a community green area with barbeque.
In july and august the minimum stay is one week. Arrival and departure have to on a Saturday. Check-in after 4pm and check-out until 11am. |

Colonia Sant Jordi, also known as "Port de Campos", is located on the extreme south east coast of Majorca about 40km east of Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport. Colonia Sant Jordi is a very quiet holiday resort that was originally established in 1879 as an agricultural and fishing colony, whereas the original fishing harbour still exists. Tourists first started to arrive in the late 1950's, and since then the town has grown steadily.
The beach of Sa Platja des Port is located next to the port of Colonia Sant Jordi. Although it is quite small a lot of excellent facilities are being offered. However, either side of the town are the fabulous beaches of Ets Estanys, Es Trenc, Es Dolç and Es Carbó, which are widely regarded as the best beaches on the island. There you can take a relaxing walk along the coast or just enjoy sunbathing.
In case you have access to a car, you should visit the Botanicactus garden. Not only is this the largest botanical garden in Europe it also has the largest navigable lake in the Balearic Islands.
Moreover, you must not miss the Fiesta at Colonia de Sant Jordi, which is held on the first Sunday in August every year. The event really starts on the Friday evening, and continues until the very early hours of Sunday morning.
