Kitchen (freezer). Hip bath/WC. View of the sea and the port. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The single bedroom has ventilation despite not having a window. 35 litre boiler.

Situated in the first row from the sea, in a pedestrian road house, in the centre of Port de Sóller, directly by the sea. Shop, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 200 m, shingle beach 1.5 km. View of the sea and the harbour.

>>Small resort, in the western part of the island, 35 km north from Palma de Mallorca. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Sóller 5 km. It is situated in a large bay with 150 m of sandy and shingle beach. Thanks to the daily little train is eeasy to visit Soller. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) 35 km.
