The neighborhood is an important shopping district of Barcelona, visited by many people from the rest of the city. Esther, the owner of the apartment was more than helpful to our family. She gave us many useful tips about the city and surrounding. When we will go back to Barcelona we will definetly stay at her apartment again.

It was a very lovely place to stay, everything was co-ordinated very well. We were very happy with everything. The girl who met us on check in was just lovely, we were very happy with her, the accommodation and the location. Well done! Everything was perfect, we were very pleased!

The flat is very quiet which ist not so easy to be found in Barcelona. It is just three minutes walk away from the touristic paths, you can reach many attractions by walking but all the same you live in a nice neighbourhood. 3 of the dormitorys are very tiny but the whole flat is decorated in a nice and individual way. I liked it more than it seemed to be at the pictures I have seen before. The saloon and dining room is having a nice atmosphere to be there. We were only 3 people so enough of space. We had a last-minute-offer so the price in comparison to hotel prices was excellent. The owner was very nice, getting and giving back the key was very easy- going. We had a problem with the water pump in the bathroom. After calling the owner it was repaired very quickly. It is the second time I have booked via Oh-Barcelona, I like the way the homepage is structured and both flats were very nice.

A proximité de beaucoup de transports, commerces et lieux touristiques. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et agréable, l'appartement est calme, grand très bon qualité prix dans l'espoir que les tarifs ne vont pas augmenter. Idéal pour un séjour entres amis, familles ou collègues.

The apartment was ok (even the small bedrooms) no noise, clean, great location. There was a little inconvenient: the apartment laked ventilation, but I understood that that was the way these buildings were built. Our ontact person was very pleasant, very thoughtful, and very easy to work with.
