Apartment corresponding to what is reported on the site. Everything perfect. Pity about the sewer smell from both bathrooms. Bearable but quite annoying. What is most regrettable is that the last night at the Palace (apartment below us) there was a party with loud music and crowds up at 6.30 in the ...morning. If we had known how to do it, we would have called the police.
Appartamento corrispondente a quanto riportato nel sito. Tutto perfetto. Peccato per l'odore di fogna da entrambi i bagni. Sopportabile ma parecchio fastidioso. La cosa più spiacevole è che l'ultima notte nel palazzo (appartamento sotto di noi) c'è stata una festa con musica alta e schiamazzi ...durata fino alle 6.30 del mattino. Se avessimo saputo come fare, avremmo chiamato la Polizia.

The apartment is at a very good location very close to Plaza Catalunya. It is an old flat but functional. The most important problem is the terrible smell of the piping in wcs which is difficult to overcome. Otherwise a decent choice, with respect to its cost.

One of the best places I have ever been, the location is great (5min walking from plaza Espanya, 15 min walking from La Rambla), the Metro station (Rocafort) is 2 minutes away by foot. The appartment is brand new, great rooms, great kitchen, big screen TV, fast WiFi, two bathrooms..If I come back to... Barcelona I will again come to this appartment! The owner is great, really took care of us, we got brand new towels and if we needed anything she was always avaliable.

The apartment was in no good to sand and not clean. The beds very unappetizing. The contact person friendly but very punctual.
