To clarify: the apartment is located passeig nogues and not calle nogues, for those who are not used to travel, you should clarify that for contact with the proprietaite by mobile phone, you must dial from the Spain 6... and non-06 as in France.Sinon it was all OK impeccable beds, location and very clean towels.Good stay overall

A préciser : l'appartement se situe passeig nogues et non calle nogues, pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude de voyager, vous devriez préciser que pour le contact du propriétaite par téléphone portable, il faut composer depuis l'Espagne le 6.... et non le 06 comme en France. Sinon tout était ...OK lits impeccables, lieu et serviettes très propres. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble 

The apartment is certainly narrow (badly out because the long corridor takes much space), life is pleasant. Salon/dining room is sufficient, well equipped kitchen and the comfortable rooms. The balcony is very practical.The accommodation is located in a quiet, well served by public transit and J and his friend were a warm reception.

L'appartement est certes étroit (mal agencé car le long couloir prend beaucoup de place), la vie y est agréable. Le salon/salle à manger est suffisant, la cuisine bien équipée et les chambres confortables. Le balcon est très pratique. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme, bien ...desservi par les transports en commun et J et son ami furent d'un accueil chaleureux. 

The delivery seemed expensive. WC - Laborious Sdb: nothing to ask its business in the shower and over the sink, knob-fittings-hose summaries and troublesome water flows, mesh shower shoe sliding, not drain in the sink. Pressure flush inadequate water. Cuisine: basic utensils. Dishes, rinse cold ...because time hot water, drying impractical. General: surrounding air-conditioning evasive and very noisy fans in dirty housing (agglutinated dust). No reading or guide even summary on Barcelona. The owners do not seem to know the District: do not know where the banks. On their advice we we are parked in the so-called green zone free summer, result: almond. Adequate bedding. 

La prestation nous a semblé chère. WC-Sdb laborieuse : rien pour poser ses affaires dans la douche et au-dessus du lavabo, pommeau-robinetterie-tuyau sommaires et gênants + eau coule en filet, sabot de douche glissant, pas de bonde dans le lavabo. Pression chasse d'eau insuffisante. Cuisine : ...ustensiles basiques. Vaisselle, rinçage à l'eau froide car temps eau chaude ++, séchage peu pratique. Général : climatisations environnantes fuyantes et très bruyantes, ventilateurs dans logement sales (poussières agglutinées). Aucune lecture ou guide même sommaires sur Barcelone. Les propriétaires ne semblent pas connaître le quartier : Ne savent pas où se trouvent les banques. Sur leur conseil nous nous sommes garé en zone verte soi-disant gratuite l'été, résultat : amande. Literies satisfaisantes.  

The landlord was friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was everything you need to live. is placed perfectly by subway and with bars, tobacconists, supermarket and more. I recommend it to everyone!

Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Nell'alloggio vi era tutto l'indispensabile per vivere. è collocato perfettamente con la metro e con bar, tabaccai, supermercato e altro. Lo consiglio a tutti!

The apartment is impeccable. Very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet. A single small flat: it is really small for 5 persons, including the bath room. That said, we have occupied the apartment just for sleeping. There are so many things to see in Barcelona! It was so perfect.

L'appartement est impécable. Très propre et bien équipé. Le quartier est calme. Un seul petit bémol : c'est vraiment petit pour 5 personnes, notamment la salle de bains. Ceci dit, nous n'avons occupés l'appartement juste pour dormir. Il y a tellement de choses à voir à Barcelone ! C'était donc parfait.

Home fine but as the person speaking or English (unlike what was planned) or French, difficult to understand.Apartment missing openings and therefore a little stifling. Bad soundproofing internal of the apartment and the building (the hours of use of the toilet by the inhabitants of the building ...have no secret for us...). Otherwise neighbourhood rather calm (for Barcelona!)and generally good apartment (attention: the show is significantly smaller than it appears on the photo). 1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 beds berths and 1 room 1 bed. Kitchen equipped properly. Very small bath room. 

Accueil sympatique mais comme la personne ne parlait ni anglais (contrairement à ce qui était prévu) ni français, difficile de se comprendre. Appartement manquant d'ouvertures et donc un peu étouffant. Mauvaise insonorisation interne de l'appartement et de l'immeuble (les heures d'utilisation ...des toilettes par les habitants de l'immeuble n'ont plus de secret pour nous...). Sinon quartier plutôt calme (pour Barcelone!)et appartement globalement correct (attention: le salon est nettement plus petit qu'il ne paraît sur la photo). 1 chambre avec lit double,1 chambre avec 2 lits supperposés et 1 chambre 1 lit. Cuisine convenablement équippée. Salle de bain très petite.
