Clean and well worth the cost. Easy access to the metro, walkable distance to Ramblas and Gaudi. Stayed for 5 nights, then added two more to stay in Barcelona. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, and the apartment was very spacious for 2 young men.

A noter la gentillesse du proprietaire et la très bonne situation de l'appartement à proximité de nombreux points d'interet. L'appartement était spacieux. Quelques petits bémols cependant: le batiment étant assez ancien et aux plafonds très hauts, il y avait beaucoup de marches pour atteindre l'appartement,nous devions également garder les fenetres fermées pour attenuer le bruit provenant d'une aire de jeux pour enfants à 30 mètres de l'immeuble. Il est aussi regrettable qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité de parking bon marché dans le coin, nous avons du payer relativement cher pour garer la voiture. Mais malgré ces petits désagrements nous sommes très satifaits de notre séjour.

Excellent emplacement pour cet appartement dans le quartier agréable de Gracia, juste à côté de la station de métro Joanic. Nous avons paprécié les 2 chambres séparées du salon.Suggestion: mettre des fenêtres anti bruit dans le salon pour isoler du bruit de la rue
