Wonderful apartment for 5 people in the Gracia district

The apartment is minimalistic, colour harmoniously furnished and clean, and well equipped for all basic needs. One sleeps well and quiet and yet diversified well connected (only a few steps to the Metro and bus station). In the immediate vicinity can ... it is good supply. The reception is friendly,... the lessor reacts spontaneously on personal concerns and facilitates the stay the guest by she readily responds to special needs, as far as she can allow. 

Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch,farblich harmonisch eingerichtet und sauber sowie für alle Grundbedürfnisse gut ausgestattet. Man schläft dort gut und ruhig und ist dennoch verkehrsmäßig gut angebunden (nur wenige Schritte zur U-Bahn und zur Bushaltestelle). In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft kann ...man sich gut versorgen. Der Empfang ist freundlich, die Vermieterin reagiert spontan auf persönliche Belange und erleichtert dem Gast den Aufenthalt, indem sie bereitwillig auf spezielle Bedürfnisse eingeht, soweit sie es ermöglichen kann. 

There was nothing, we were completely satisfied.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, wir waren rundum zufrieden.

A good place to stay, close to the Centre, in a quiet neighbourhood.

Un buen sitio para hospedarse, cerca del centro, en un barrio tranquilo.

Quiet area in March. Next to the metro. Apartment very clear, very clean, conforms to the description. Owner friendly and flexible decision-making and delivery of the keys. (We have made key at 5 P.m., taking advantage again of the apartment the last day)Note presence of ... SOAP dishes, sponge, ...some spices, sugar, which is significant for a stay course. Recommend warmly  

Quartier calme en mars. A côté du métro. Appartement très clair, très propre, conforme à la description. Propriétaire sympathique et souple pour la prise et remise des clés. ( Nous avons rendu les clés à 17 H, profitant ainsi encore de l'appartement le dernier jour) A noter présence de ...savon vaisselle, éponge, quelques épices, sucre, ce qui est appréciable pour un cours séjour. A recommander chaleureusement 

Apartment very well located (50 m from the Metro station JOANIC) and valuable for its very own calme(les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure), it contains the minimum necessary to prepare small meals after days of cavalcade!The heating and the air-conditioning work ... very bienAccueil of the ...friendly owner and available for any questions during the stay.An address to remember! a big special t. which we welcomed and guided to our arrival up  

Appartement très bien situé(à 50m du métro JOANIC) et très appréciable pour son calme(les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure) Très propre,il contient le minimum nécessaire pour se préparer des petits repas après des journées de cavalcade! Le Chauffage et la clim fonctionnent ...très bien Accueil de la propriétaire chaleureux et à disposition pour la moindre question pendant le séjour. Une adresse à retenir! un big up particulier à T. qui nous a accueilli et guidé à notre arrivée 

The apartment was very close to a metro stop which was great. The kitchen was well-appointed, although an electric kettle would have been useful, and the apartment was comfortable and warm.

You could improve the apartment you renovated the kitchen. Almost all kitchen utensils were old and used and overall it may have still like to clean.For the location of the apartment is good, the transport connection is great and the contact person was very nice.

Man könnte die Wohnung verbessern, indem man die Küchenausstattung erneuert. Fast alle Küchenutensilien waren alt und gebraucht und insgesamt hätte es gerne noch sauberer sein dürfen. Dafür ist die Lage der Wohnung gut, die Verkehrsanbindung ist super und die Kontaktperson war sehr nett.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback, welches wir sehr schätzen. Der Eigentümer der Ferienwohnung bestätigt, dass die Küche erst im Januar 2013 renoviert wurde und die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung vervollständigt wurde.

The House is situated in a clean place which is frequented by abundant children and dogs and their owners and located near a busy intersection. Thus, here even long after sunset, it is still pretty lively. Late buying, bars and restaurants are located directly next to the front door. We have greatly... appreciated this lively flair of Gràcia. And because the apartment is quite high and two of the three rooms to the courtyards are aligned, you can also quiet sleep. The owners are very nice. Need to buy an apartment, where coffee, toilet paper and detergent were in stock and not every man stuff himself finally. Would collect immediately again here. :) 

Das Wohnhaus liegt an einem gepflegten Platz, der von reichlich Kindern sowie Hunden und deren Besitzern frequentiert wird und sich nahe einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung befindet. Dadurch ist es hier auch lange nach Sonnenuntergang noch ziemlich belebt. Spätkauf, Bars und Restaurants befinden sich ...unmittelbar neben der Haustür. Wir haben dieses lebendige Flair von Gràcia sehr geschätzt. Und da die Wohnung recht hoch liegt und zwei der drei Zimmer zu Innenhöfen ausgerichtet sind, kann man auch ruhig schlafen. Die Wohnungseigentümer sind ausgesprochen nett. Endlich mal ein Apartment, in dem Kaffee, Klopapier und Spülmittel vorrätig waren und man nicht jeden Kram selbst zu kaufen braucht. Würden sofort wieder hier einziehen. :) 

We received welcome by the owner, though we 1.5 hours late. The apartment was clean and very spacious, we felt ourselves very well. Although it was 30 ° C during the day we have needed no fan. The bedroom is located to the patio, because we not hear the noise from the street. You can hear only the ...neighbors look for when they cook in the morning coffee or one smells it :-).The location is ideal: Park Güell, Sakr. Familia to reach everything on foot. In the l \' Escorial is on the left after approximately 300 m a delicious breakfast café: Toni!Because we have only flown home at 9 pm we were allowed to keep the apartment until 5 pm because it was - not occupied to this day at no extra charge. If we again to Barcelona, then go into this establishment! Thank you 

Wir wurden herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen, obwohl wir 1,5 Stunden Verspätung hatte. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es tagsüber 30 °C hatte haben wir keinen Ventilator benötigt. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof, da hört man die Geräusche... von der Staße nicht. Man hört nur die Nachbarn klappern, wenn sie morgens Kaffee kochen bzw. man riecht es :-). Die Lage ist optimal: Park Güell, Sakr. Familia alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Straße l'Escorial ist auf der linken Seite nach ca. 300 m ein leckeres Frühstückscafe: Toni! Da wir erst um 21 Uhr nach Hause geflogen sind durften wir die Wohnung bis 17 Uhr behalten, da sie an diesem Tag nicht belegt wurde - ohne Aufpreis. Wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona gehen, dann in diese Unterkunft! DANKE  

Super location for output and party. the sea is little bit far away but there is a metro station 20 meters next to the apartment.

Super Lage für ausgang und party. das meer ist etwas weit enfernt aber 20 meter neben dem appartement gibt es eine metrostation.
