One bedroom apartment in Barcelona

The contact person was helpful as was a neighbour when we were locked out of the building. The holiday was really great. Two pieces of advice for other travellers to wonderful Barcelona; if you are a couple/pair and use the metro, then buy a ticket for 10 trips and share it. Also, do not expect to ...be given a discount at the very impressive Flamenco show in the Pable Espanyol. I was flatly refused a discount despite printing out the oh-barcelona form. Still we enjoyed the show. 

The contact person is very nice (she arrived smiling despite our two hours late at the venue), the apartment clean and quiet (apart from the noise of the elevator, but it\'s not inherently embarrassing). Recommend.

La personne de contact est très gentille (elle est arrivée souriante malgré nos deux heures de retard au rendez-vous), l'appartement propre et calme (mis à part le bruit de l'ascenseur, mais ce n'est pas foncièrement gênant). A recommander.

No power on arrival, no wifi then, not the right to make a bit of noise if not threatened to appeal to the police and leave places, poor flow of hot water. My friends and I recommend this apartment to young people who come to have fun but to persons of an age group ranging from 50 to 100 yrs (haha!). But the neighborhood is really well located!

Pas d'éléctricité à l'arrivée, pas de wifi par la suite, pas le droit de faire un peu de bruit si non menacés d'appel à la police et quitter les lieux, mauvais débits de l'eau chaude. Mes amis et moi ne conseillons pas cet appartement pour des jeunes qui viennent s'amuser mais plutôt à des... personnes d'une tranche d'âge allant de 50 à 100ans (haha! ). Mais par contre le quartier est vraiment bien situé !  

Le propriétaire confirme que le problème d’électricité causé par une mauvaise installation communautaire a été réglé le jour même. Les normes de sécurité et bien-être de l’immeuble sont précisées par la personne de contact lors de l’entrée dans l’appartement. Les logements touristiques étant situé en zone urbaine sont sujets à la norme urbanistique relative au respect des horaires de repos du voisinage.

Overall very well, the only black point is that the apartment is bryuant (means much the neighbours), furniture basic but had everything needed, excellent cleanliness. Good location, 5 min has feet of the sagrada familia. The owner is very nice, in addition she speaks French don is very ...practical!Initially a little suspicious because it was the first time that I spent by this kind of organization, but everything went very well. It is very satisafait. 

Dans l'ensemble très bien, le seul point noir est que l'appartement est bryuant (on entend beaucoup les voisins), mobilier basic mais il y avait tout le necessaire , propreté excellente. Bonne situation géographique, à 5 mn a pieds de la sagrada familia. La propriétaire est tres sympa, en plus ...elle parle francais don c'est très pratique! Au départ un peu méfiante parceque c'était la première fois que je passais par ce genre d'organisme, mais tout s'est tres bien passé. On est très satisafait. 

It looked slightly bigger in the pictures, but it was comfortable, in a good location and in a quiet area with handy shops nearby. Have no complaints about it. The air conditioning was a real treat in the killing heat! A+!

Amanda was extremely helpful even before wecarrived, kindly giving us directions, tube stops, etc.

The cleaning of the apartment is fantastic, but I think that it should take into account other aspects, and that the floor has a kitchen and a great bathroom, but the rest of the House is looked neglected for wall with lack of painting and especially what I didn\'t like was that sheets, towels and ...Nordic were spotted and oldthe room furnishings is also old and the bed had the broken bed, so we have slept sunken in the middle of the bed, same thing happened with the sofa bed. 

La limpieza del apartamento es fantástica, pero creo que hay que tener en cuenta otros aspectos, como que el piso tiene una cocina y un baño estupendo, pero el resto de la casa se veia descuidado en cuanto a las paredes con falta de pintura y sobre todo lo que no me gustó fue que las sábanas, ...toallas y nórdicos estaban manchados y viejos, el mobiliario de la habitación también está viejo y la cama de matrimonio tenía el somier roto, por lo que hemos dormido hundidos en el centro de la cama,lo mismo sucedía con el sofá cama. 

El proprietario ha revisado el estado del piso y cambiado el somier de la cama de matrimonio.
