Pretty apartment situated in Badalona, close to the beach

Regarding the apartment is next to a mouth of underground in a bad common area, but the people are nice! The neighbor downstairs is a true con 2145 hours already trying to yell at our door because we take hunting and a phone to vibrate on the table, he has threatened to \"smash mouth\" but on the ...other hand he say absolutely nothing to the other neighbors who howl at 3 in the morning! In the apartment, heating was not working Click - Clack was broken  

Concernant l'appartement il est à coté d'une bouche de métro dans un quartier mal fréquenté mais les gens sont gentils! Le voisin d'en bas est un vrai con, 21h45 déjà en train de hurler devant notre porte car on à tirer la chasse et un téléphone à vibrer sur la table, il nous a menacé de... nous "casser la gueule" mais en revanche il ne dis absolument rien aux autres voisins qui hurlent à 3h du matin! Dans l'appartement, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, le clic-clac était cassé & le four ne fonctionnait pas non plus! En ce qui concerne le loueur de l'appartement, personne réglo avec papier d'identité à l'appuie pour prouver que c'est bien le proprio. L’appartement est très convivial dommage qu'il est eu tout ses problèmes!  

The metro station is just behind the building (apartment) is located near an industrial area (-) apartment very clean despite a few vetustees () possibility to park for free on the street (A) fan only worked for any apartment (-) having been discreet, no problem with the neighbours () view of a map ...of Badalona with the location of the super-marches... () No problem for the restitution of the surety (balance sheet): very satisfied with our stay 

La station de métro est juste derrière l'immeuble (+) L'appartement est situé à proximité d'une zone industrielle (-) Appartement très propre malgré quelques vétustées (+) Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue (+) Un seul ventilateur fonctionnait pour tout l'appartement (-)... Ayant été discret, aucun problème avec les voisins (+) Affichage d'une carte de Badalona avec l'emplacement des super-marchés... (+) Aucun problème pour la restitution de la caution (+) BILAN : très satisfait de notre séjour 

We were in an area that did not match the description, the apartment was not clean and the broken equipment (2 sofas were dirty and deteriorated, and the air conditioning was broken). We had instructions to follow: no noise between 10 pm and 9 am in the morning, otherwise the police would be called,... while the inhabitants of the \'city\' is demanded at any hour of the night shouting at the bottom of the building. When we arrived and during the stay, the residents of the building left their door open, dogs remained in the areas that we had to step over if we wanted to spend. Really very disappointed with this rental. In addition we arrived a day after because of the fire at the border, no deduction for the day. 

Nous étions dans une zone qui ne correspondait pas au descriptif, l'appartement n'était pas propre et les équipements cassés (les 2 canapés étaient sales et détériorés, et la climatisation était cassée). Nous avons eu des consignes à respecter : pas de bruits entre 22h et 9h du matin ...sinon la police serait appelée, alors que les habitants de la "cité" s'interpellaient à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit en criant en bas de l'immeuble. Quand nous sommes arrivés et durant tout le séjour, les résidents de l'immeuble laissaient leur porte ouverte, les chiens restaient dans les parties communes que nous devions enjamber si nous voulions passer. Vraiment très déçue de cette location. De plus nous sommes arrivés un jour après du fait de l'incendie à la frontière, pas de déduction pour la journée.

We had a reservation for 7 days and the 2nd day we had to go because it is impossible to coexist with the neighbors below... is located in one of the neighborhoods most conflicting area. The Department is not suitable for the rental, after 10 pm is forbidden to take a shower because water noise bothers the neighbors below that are very violent.

Teníamos una reserva por 7 días y al 2do día nos tuvimos que ir porque es imposible convivir con los vecinos de abajo...........está situado en unos de los barrios mas conflictivos de la zona. El departamento no es apto para el alquiler, después de las 22 hs está prohibido hasta ducharse ...porque el ruido del agua molesta a los vecinos de abajo que son muy violentos. 

Equipment, size and cleanliness good, location not centrally, dark, not a nice area, grid before the Windows, or look in the backyard, very hellhörig.

Ausstattung, Größe und Sauberkeit gut, Lage nicht zentral, dunkel, kein schönes Viertel, Gitter vor den Fenstern, bzw. Blick in Hinterhof, sehr hellhörig.

The apartment itself is nice, clean and spacious and we had not been disappointed in this regard. The next metro station is only 100 meters away and takes you directly to the center of Barcelona in only 20 minutes. Also the beaches are close to the apartment and can be reached easily. Anyway the ...apartment can be recommended to all persons who are on a touristic/business trip and are going to bed before 10 pm This is because the neighbors are strict and I seem to have a problem with any visitors in the house. At our arrival we were told to be very quiet and not to make any noise after 10 p.m. otherwise neighbors could call the police and we would be manifestantes immediately without compensation. As we are a couple in the age over 30 it seemed not to be any problem to us. In the first night we only wanted to prepare for bed and washed teeth and face calmly but it was enough for one of the neighbors to visit us and to start an angry discussion that NO water shall be used during the night. Directly we were threatened with the police in case of any further noise. I think it is clear that neighbors have to be respected and that you have to be very quiet during the night but it cannot be alright to abstain from going to the toilet at night or cleaning the face before sleeping because you have to be afraid of the police.

The contact person is very pleasant and gave us a maximum of information necessary. 07 / hourly 10remote of silence must be respected by the tenants of the apartment under penalty of complaint with police services, but the other tenants are not really into account.Cooling down is a real problem and ...a single fan in troubleshooting is too little.Available dishes is not adapted to a rental, two small pans, a serving plate. 03/10 

La personne de contact est très agréable et nous a donné un maximum de renseignements nécessaire. 07/10 Les horaires de silence doivent être respectés par les locataires de l'appartement sous peine de plainte auprès des services de police, mais les autres locataires n'en tiennent pas ...vraiment compte. La climatisation en panne est un réel problème et un seul ventilateur en dépannage est trop peu. La vaisselle disponible n'est pas adaptée à une location, deux petites casseroles, un plat de service. 03/10 

Le propriétaire a complété le jeu de vaisselle à disposition pour 6 personnes. La climatisation ne fait pas partie des équipements de l'appartement. Un ventilateur est à disposition dans le salon.
