The american style kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, iron, washing machine, blender, instant ceramic hot plates, oven, microwave and a full selection of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and utensils. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and features a fantastic power shower, toilet and handbasin with storage room. A 35" colour digital TV along with a DVD player and fully functioning air conditioner, makes this apartment the perfect place to stay when you decide to come visit the beautiful Barcelona.ExtrasFor arrivals after 20.00 there's a suplement of 25 € and for arrivals after 23.00 pm until 7am. there is a supplement of 40€

Nice flat with new appliances, clean, calm street really near subway station, markets and the nice life of Gracia. The apartment was too cold. The heater did not work and I called. They got a new heater in the same day and a bottle of wine with apologies.

Great apartment. The kitchen lacked some basics (no cheese grater, spatula, sugar, oil, or dish soap) but otherwise was well equiped. Location in Gracia neighborhood is outstanding, just a very short walk from the Metro. Looked just like the pictures on the website. There is no cleaning service, and the floors needed sweeping when we arrived, which was a minor annoyance and some of the dishes weren't completely clean, but otherwise the apartment was perfect for us.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der METRO Fontana, der Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Nachts hört man vom Viertel Gracia garnichts. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ein wenig klein. Das Ausziehsofa ist zum Schlafen etwas unbequem. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

The bed in the living room wasnt the most comfortable one. And the apartment could use some vacuuming (not that it was dirty or something, just a bit dusty). But the apartment was beautiful, on a great location, with a wonderful balcony and even bigger than it may seam on the pictures) Even though P. doesnt speak, we head a great contact. We really liked her. She was really nice

Just as described. However - person who let us in smoked in the flat (made it smell - apartment meant to be not smoking). also requested use of sofa bed - there were no sheets provided for this. otherwise very good.
