    • This apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access for the elderly or for those people with special needs; it has a 65m2 + 1 6m2 patio-solarium, it’s quite bright, with high ceilings which are completely covered with gyproc. It’s got two independent bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub (which are very comfortable for privacy when the apartment is being occupied by people who aren’t so close to each other), a well-equipped, new and quite a big kitchen, a living room/hall/dining room, with a TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi player, a table for 6 people and a double sofa bed if more than 4 people are staying. It’s also got a terrace with a table, chairs and umbrella which the sun shines on from 11am-5pm. It’s located in a very quite area, especially at night, being free of traffic (it’s almost a pedestrianised area), surrounded by some small shops such as a supermarket, butchers’, greengrocers’, bars and bakeries’ etc. ideal for spending some relaxing days in. There’s also an ADSL connection (with Wi-Fi as well) and an optional and free cot for babies. You can also reserve a parking space (price not included) in the nearby area.
