This apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access for the elderly or for those people with special needs; it has a 65m2 + 1 6m2 patio-solarium, it’s quite bright, with high ceilings which are completely covered with gyproc. It’s got two independent bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub (which are very comfortable for privacy when the apartment is being occupied by people who aren’t so close to each other), a well-equipped, new and quite a big kitchen, a living room/hall/dining room, with a TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi player, a table for 6 people and a double sofa bed if more than 4 people are staying. It’s also got a terrace with a table, chairs and umbrella which the sun shines on from 11am-5pm. It’s located in a very quite area, especially at night, being free of traffic (it’s almost a pedestrianised area), surrounded by some small shops such as a supermarket, butchers’, greengrocers’, bars and bakeries’ etc. ideal for spending some relaxing days in. The district is highly recommended, because it is very quiet (and cheaper than in the Center). In addition you will find everything what you need (supermarket, possibility to obtain currency, different restaurants, bikes for rent, tabacaria, shop where they sell fruits, metro) very closely.Noso ... ...liked a lot! (4 people of Austria).Auf deutsch: Das Viertel ist sehr empfehlenswert, da is dort sehr ruhig ist. Sind Außerdem jede Menge Restaurants, Irish Pub, Sisha Bar, in der Nähe sehr günstig sind die. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca 20 Meter von der Eingangstür) findet man eine Fußgängerzone mit etlichen Einkaufsmoglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Trafik, Obstgeschaft). Gleich vor der Haustur kann man sich Fahrräder ausborgen. (wenn man bald genug aufsteht). WIR waren zu 4. und aus Österreich.
El barrio es muy recomendable, porque es muy tranquillo (y más barato que en el centro). Además se encuentra todo lo necesitais (supermercado, possibilidad de obtener moneda, restaurantes differentes, y bicís para aquilar, tabacaría, tienda dónde se vende frutas, metro) MUY MUY cerca. The accommodation is excellent and the neighbourhood is lovely and serene. Very near Metro and walking distance to Gaudi cathedral. Owner of flat extremely accommodating and very flexible, really nice people. Highly recommended
