Beautiful loft located in the district of Born

Top location! Almost everything worth seeing within walking distance! The apartment is small, friendly and practical and was fully our expectations - it was actually even better! The welcome and adoption were super! Great days and if again Barcelona - there!

Top Lage! Fast alles Sehenswerte fussläufig erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist klein, freundlich und praktisch und entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen - eigentlich war sie sogar besser! Die Begrüssung und Verabschiedung waren super! Tolle Tage und wenn wieder Barcelona - dann dort!

The apartment is in the 4.Stock in the middle of the recreates old town with huge views over the rooftops, particularly from the terrace. Because this is an old House, much is somewhat improvised, but basically everything works, the apartment has still I would go article back there lots of charm.

Das Apartement ist im 4.Stock inmitten der Barceloner Altstadt mit gigantischem Blick über die Dächer, besonders von der Terasse aus. Da dies ein altes Haus ist, ist vieles etwas improvisiert, aber im Grund funktioniert alles, das Apartment hat trotzdem viel Charme, ich würde jederseits wieder dorthin fahren.

The apartment was simply perfect and corresponded exactly to our expectations. Impeccable cleanliness, its location was also perfect! The terrace was a true happiness (because of mounting a floor in addition to access was really not a problem, a bit of sport in fact not evil;-))Contact person was ...very friendly and helpful.We had an excellent stay in Barcelona and we will return without doubt! 

L'appartement était tout simplement parfait et correspondait exactement à nos attentes. D'une propreté irréprochable, sa situation était également parfaite! La grande terrasse était un vrai bonheur (le fait de monter un étage de plus pour y accéder n'était vraiment pas un problème, un ...peu de sport de fait pas de mal ;-) ) La personne de contact était très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute! 

We only have good things to say. The apartment was very well located clean, the person of contact very nice and attentive.

Nous n'avons que des bonnes choses à dire. L'appartement était propre très bien situé, la personne de contacte très gentille et attentionnée.

Nice apartment in a great location, right in the student district in born, still relatively quiet. Sensational roof terrace. Four persons will be however borderline due to very small bathroom. Also you must be walking on his (narrow staircase, counted fifth floor) and you can not go by car directly ...to the apartment, but must park in one of the garages nearby (30 euros per day upwards). We would want to live but now again here. 

Nette Wohnung in toller Lage, mitten im Szeneviertel Born, trotzdem relativ ruhig. Sensationelle Dachterrasse. Belegung mit vier Personen dürfte allerdings wegen sehr kleinem Bad grenzwertig sein. Außerdem muss man gut zu Fuß sein (enges Treppenhaus, gezählter fünfter Stock) und man kann nicht ...mit dem Auto direkt an die Wohnung fahren, sondern muss in einer der in der Nähe gelegenen Garagen parken (30 Euro pro Tag aufwärts). Wir würden aber sofort wieder hier wohnen wollen.  

we really enjoyed, 1 thing was a pity, that the roof terrace is not directly connected to the apartment, but once you were on the terrace it was great! amazingly quit for the middle of the town!!

Simple, small, nice set up. You must adapt to the rise of several steps. Splendid roof terrace!

Einfach, klein, nett eingerichtet. Man muss sich auf das Steigen etlicher Treppenstufen einstellen. Herrliche Dachterrasse!

Mr. is a courteous, pleasant and very available.The apartment is very well located in a lively area but also offers of calm by his sound. The comfort expected in this type of lease is very good.I will not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

M. est une personne avenante, agréable et très disponible. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé mais offre également du calme par son insonorisation. Le confort attendu dans ce type de location est très bon. Je n'hésiterai pas à le recommander à mon entourage.
