The apartment is extremely central just 6 minutes from the famous street "Las Ramblas" and the Gothic area. This apartment is very well located in a quiet street, but still in the very centre of the city.
It presents two double rooms, absolutely comfortable and well decorated. The living room has two double sofa-beds (one simple and the other double) and a balcony; this is the reason why the living room has striking colours.
The kitchen is completely furnished, so you do not have to worry about the utensils you need to cook and the bathroom has a shower with hydro massage. If you’re looking for a large apartment, well decorated and in the heart of Barcelona, this is the right apartment. We can also help arrange any kind of activities, book restaurants which we will recommend to you, book taxis or minibus, etc.

9/10 - Appartement refait à neuf très confortable pour 4 personnes à 10 mn à pied de La Rambla. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, explications sur la ville parfaite. Quand on arrive on a l'impression d'être dans un quartier qui craint un peu mais pas du tout, c'est très vivant et les gens sont très gentils. Appartement calme et propre, aucun bruit. Excellente adresse.

Bel appartement, petit, mais suffisant pour 4 personnes qui passent leur temps à visiter cette magnifique ville. Seule contrainte: le parking est payant pour ceux qui sont en voiture. Mais la personne de contact, très sympathique, suggère de bonnes idées. La voiture est bien inutile car tout peut se faire à pieds ou en métro. L'appartement est situé dans le quartier pakistanais, quartier très populaire mais calme.

Kontaktperson und Kontaktaufnahme waren prima!!! Note sehr gut! Leider wirkte die Wohnung auf den Fotos im Internet ganz anders als in Wirklichkeit. Viel kleiner, nicht gerade sehr sauber (Klo hatte nicht gerade angenhemen Geruch). Wohung doch etwas verstaubt und Renovierungsbedürftig. Küche war ok - bis auf das sehr verschmutze Geschirr und fehlende saubere Putzlappen. Tv und Sat waren zwar vorhanden aber es gingen nur ein paar Programme. Airkondition war vorhanden und ok. Alles in allem waren wir aufgrund des sehr guten Services mit der Wohung zu frieden. Gesamtnote 3!
