The Old Town 1 apartment is extremely central, just 6 minutes from RAMBLAS and from the GHOTIC AREA and a perfect apartment to combine with another of the Old Town 2 or Old town 3 apartments (all in the same street) for big groups a much better alternative to hotel rooms!
These new apartments are very well situated in a quiet street, but still in the very centre of the city. All the major sights are within walking distance, Las Ramblas, the Port, the Gothic Quarter, Cathedral, Aquarium, main shopping areas are all just a 6/7 minute walk away.
Very well communicated with public transport - 3 metro stations very close to the apartments taking you to visit the famous architecture of Gaudí in the city in just a few metro stops.The area itself has many local shops and supermarkets to buy everything you need for your stay. We can also help arrange any kind of activities, book restaurants which we will reccomend to you, arrange taxi transfers, plan parties, etc!

Extras
For arrivals between 21hrs and 23hrs there is a supplement of 30 €, between 23 hrs and 24hrs the supplement is 50 €. These extra costs have to be paid directly to the owner on arrival.

The accommodation was half price, as last minute, but I would have been unhappy to have paid full price. It was functional, but nothing special, there were a few dodgy electrics issues (kettle blew all fuses, lights fell off ceiling, DVD player didn't work), and it was marketed as sleeping 11. We were able only 5, so it was fine, but 11 would have involved 5 in the living room, which would have been a squeeze.

The owner confirms that he has revised all electronic devices in the apartment and that they are now working properly. Please be informed that you can see the distribution of the beds for the 11 guests on the floor plan which is attached to the photos.

tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene, anche se ad esempio il ricambio di biancheria (asciugamani da bagno) 1 per quattro giorni mi sembra decisamente poco.

Très grande précision pour le rendez-vous. ainsi que pour le transport logement/aéroport, personnel très agréable Rue bruyante! mais c'était la fête du quartier! le seul regret que nous avons concerne l'appartement 1 seule salle d'eau avec wc à l'intérieur, pour 11 personnes pose un problèmes d'organisation !
