Description
Apartment with a surface of 80 m2, within 10 minute walk of the famous Las Ramblas, abounding with sunlight and located on the first floor of a listed building. It can accommodate up to 9 people.
The apartment has two exterior double bedrooms with a double bed each (plus 1 single sofabed in the mainbedroom) and 2 double sofabeds and 1 single sofabeds in the livingroom. All the rooms are very sunny.
The kitchen is an American kitchen, fully furnished and very cute and the bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The entire apartment has wooden floor and the most important, the living room gives to a little and nice balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and the sun while having breakfast.
The owner only accepts bookings from persons over age 20 years old.

Die Küche ist sehr gut augerustet , auch Waschmachine, aber die matratzen sind leider nicht Sehr Bequem.die Kissen sind Klein. wegen der zentrallage und wenn mann nur in Stadt Barcelona bleiben möchte , dann ein Mietwagen nicht Nötig,aber wenn Mann ein Mietauto braucht dann sind Garagen um die Ecke Vorhanden 20-24 Euro/Tag Parken auf die Straß in Barcelona ist Fast Unmöglich , mann Soll die nächste Parkhaus suchen , es hat kein sinn eine Lucke auf die Straß zu Suchen

Great apartment, great location only a few minutes from La Rambla. The balcony is quite different to that on the picture, it doesn't show that is basically touching three other balconies on all three sides! It was nice to have a balcony nonetheless!
