needs urgently renovation! seems a bit abandoned. Hot water had an issue, weather was hot so we didn't mind but if you go at winter time it will not offer a relaxing hot bath.

Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach genial, nur wenige Schritte von der Rambla und der Placa Real entfernt. Es gibt in den umliegenden Straße einen Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Das Einzige was nicht so toll war, ist das Bad. Das könnte mal renoviert werden. Ansonsten waren wir total zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist einfach und funktionell, für meinen Geschmack ist sie aber etwas modernisierungsbedürftig und hätte noch ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Dafür liegt sie optimal und die Kontaktperson ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
