Nice apartment in Plaza Real very close to the Ramblas

Apartment very well placed, clean. Effective contact, reliable and accommodating, we could leave the suitcases until end of day, the day of departure.Reads a bit smaller than in France. TV in catalan only.

Simple but good and functional institution. Ideal location for all to foot explorations in the old town, down to the beach (~ 20 min). Distance subway just 5 min. Liked us very - kitchen equipment is very well suited to test the range of markets! I would ... Choose this apartment again when I come ...back. Very nice/friendly Kontaktperson.Kontaktperson has very good English spoken, could you mention in the letter (there was only \"Spanish\"!) 

Einfache, aber gute und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Ideale Lage für alle Zu-Fuß-Erkundungen in der Altstadt, bis hin zum Strand (~ 20 min.). Entfernung U-Bahn knapp 5 Min. Hat uns sehr gefallen - die Küchenausrüstung ist sehr gut geeignet, um das Angebot der Märkte mal zu testen! Ich würde ...wieder diese Wohnung wählen, wenn ich wiederkomme. Sehr nette/freundliche Kontaktperson. Kontaktperson hat sehr gut Englisch gesprochen, könnte man im Anschreiben erwähnen (da stand nur "spanisch"!!)

Highly recommended, would be happy to stay again. The location could not be better - right in the centre of everything, but beautifully quiet. Countless good bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. The accommodation itself is not luxury - the bathroom in particular is rather basic - but very ...reasonable for the price. Although the actual living area is quite small, the high ceilings and double doors give the impression of space. The bedrooms are quite large with loads of wardrobe space. C. was helpful above and beyond the call of duty - when our flight was cancelled, he came to let us back into the apartment to stay an extra night, at very short notice. thanks! 

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a very central but quiet location. The apartment is well equipped in some places in the years somewhat (the parquet should be renovated once again for example), but everything worked and was very clean. The balcony is reduced with clotheslines but really very narrow ...and Moreover, overlooks a courtyard and probably not so attractive - is not further disrupted us in the summer because of the air conditioning unit be positioned hats in January and in the summer you is nix at the bottom of the harbour or in one of the parks in zero point if one wants in the outdoor seats. Conclusion: good and cheap, highly recommended. 

Schone, geräumige Wohnung in sehr zentraler aber trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ( das Parkett müsste mal wieder renoviert werden z.B. ), aber alles funktionierte und war sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist allerdings wirklich sehr ...schmal und zudem noch mit Wäscheleinen verkleinert, geht auf einen Innenhof und ist im Sommer wegen des darauf positionierten Klimaanlagengerätes wohl nicht so attraktiv - uns hats im Januar nicht weiter gestört und im Sommer ist man auch in null komma nix unten am Hafen oder in einem der Parks wenn man im Freiensitzen will. Fazit: gut und günstig, sehr empfehlenswert.

The location of the apartment is fabulous.The equipment of the kitchen is just about perfect. Bathroom would be to improve.

Die Lage des Apartments ist fabelhaft.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nahezu perfekt. Badezimmer wäre zu verbessern.
