Light big apartment in Barcelona centre

The accomodation is in desperate need of modernisation. The hot water doesn't last long enough to have a decent shower. The edged of the shower tub in the front bathroom was rusty and breaking away. The washing machine works however the start button is missing and you have to stick your finger ...inside the machine to operate which is dangerous. There is no kettle! The whole place could benefit from a lick of paint! Very dated! The pictures do it far more justice than it deserves! On a positive note the Urgell underground stop is right outside and it is only a five minute walk to Universistat. It is situated on a very busy main road which is busy 24/7. There is a supermarket across the road and a 24hr convenience store only a few doors along. If I were to stay in Barcelona again I would be looking elsewhere! Cheap yes but not so nice!

The apartment is totally run down and in need of renovation. Even though there are two showers, you can shower only alternating with lukewarm water and very low water pressure to the part. The complete furniture is replaced... Seat in the living room was dirty with a sheet covered... including a ...heavily polluted living room bench... in a room were water stains with mold on the ceiling!Oh-Barcelona should worry as agency once, that the accommodation you can book via your website, is really the same, what you see on a photo - also stood at our apartment, that it in October new was painted out, which is not the fact. Walls are covered with mold and in the kitchen of the fridge is black! Was white sure even 35 years ago - but it is Yes in October fresh out on painting been - the and large apartment was actually not acceptable, but because of high season and the hotel rooms to the 150-200 euro cost we were to be forced in this cruddy apartment! 

Das Appartement ist total heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Obwohl zwei Duschen vorhanden sind, kann man nur abwechselnd mit zum Teil lauwarmen Wasser und sehr geringem Wasserdruck duschen. Das komplette Mobiliar gehört ausgetauscht ... Sitzbank im Wohnzimmer wurde mit einem verdreckt ...Leintuch abgedeckt ... darunter eine stark verschmutzte Wohnzimmerbank ... in einem Zimmer waren Wasserflecken mit Schimmel auf der Decke!!! Oh-Barcelona sollte sich als Agency einmal darum kümmern, dass die Appartements die man über eure Homepage buchen kann, auch wirklich dem entspricht, was man auf einem Foto sieht - auch stand bei unserm Appartement, dass es im Oktober neu ausgemalt wurde, was nicht der Tatsache entspricht. Wände sind mit Schimmel überzogen und in der Küche über dem Kühlschrank ist die Decke SCHWARZ !!!! War sicher einmal vor 35 Jahren weiß - aber es ist ja im Oktober frisch ausgemalen worden - Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung eigentlich nicht akzeptabel, aber da Hochsaison war und die Hotelzimmer um die 150 - 200 Euro kosteten waren wir gezwungen in diesem dreckigen Appartement zu bleiben !!!  

Der Eigentümer bestätigt, dass die 4 Zimmer und der Flur im Oktober neu gestrichen wurden. Ein Mitarbeiter von Oh-Barcelona.com hat am 30.05.12 persönlich den Zustand der Wohnung überprüft und festgestellt, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis adäquat ist. Der Vermieter steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung um eventuelle Probleme zu beheben oder Fragen zu beantworten.

the accommodation itself is some need of renovation, hot water is somewhat problematic because the wasserdruck is very low; is compensated by the excellent location (right next to Metro, but this somewhat noisy from the street) and the very nice contact, overall quite ok

die unterkunft selbst ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig, warmwasser ist etwas problematisch, da der wasserdruck sehr gering ist; wird durch die hervorragende lage (direkt neben u-bahn, aber dafür etwas laut von der strasse) und die sehr nette kontaktperson ausgeglichen, insgesamt ganz ok

Plenty of room, relatively quiet, simple facilities, rooms all with Windows, even in the normal shafts. polite, capable of the shuttle to the subway to the city! Supermarket directly opposite! We were six and had good place, cooking no problem, 2 bathrooms. Only the hot water was somewhat unruly. ...Owner was very nice, nor include tips on the case on the day of departure. Recommended for small groups up to 7 persons (real cheap!). 

Viel Platz,relativ ruhig, einfache Ausstattung, Zimmer alle mit Fenster, wenn auch in die üblichen Schächte.Supergünstige Lage zum Airportbus, zur U-Bahn, zur City! Supermarkt direkt gegenüber! Wir waren zu sechst und hatten gut Platz, Kochen kein Problem, 2 Badezimmer. Nur das Warmwasser war ...etwas widerspenstig. Vermieter sehr nett, gab noch Tipps zum Koffer einschließen am Abreisetag. Sehr zu empfehlen für kleine Gruppen bis 7 Personen (echt preisgünstig!). 

For the price was OK apartment. Very little water came out of the shower, you had to be long including, to become wet. In addition, the furniture was outdated and worn out. An above all of the bathroom renovation is recommended.

Für den Preis war die Wohnung OK. Aus der Dusche kam sehr wenig Wasser, man musste sich lange darunter stellen, um nass zu werden. Zudem waren die Möbel veraltet und abgenutzt. Eine Renovierung vor allem des Badezimmers ist zu empfehlen.

Mold everywhere (bathroom, appliance...) all rust dishwashers. Apartment well located but obsolete and aging with good sleeping

Moisissure un peu partout (salle de bain,appareil ménager.....) lave vaisselle tout rouillé. Appartement bien situe mais vétuste et vieillissant avec bon couchage

Le propriétaire prend toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer le bon état de son appartement.

We were happy, but it was somewhat noisy. Metro on the doorstep, many shopping facilities, to reach everything on foot. Everything as described. Only the Internet is broken down to.

Wir waren zufrieden, aber es war etwas laut. Metro vor der Tür, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Alles so wie beschrieben. Nur das Internet ist ab und zu zusammengebrochen.
