Calle Trafalgar is a quiet street in the heart of Barcelona just two minutes away from Plaza de Catalunya that can be considered the most central spot of the city. This is an 80m2 flat that has a comfortable living and dinning room which sits 5 people. The living room and the main bedroom have balconies that overlook Trafalgar street.
There is a second room with twin beds that has a separated area with a study table and an extra bed. There is also another balcony with room for 2 people to sit outside. It features, as well, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a toilet, a lift and air conditionning. NEARBY SITES- One minute away from Palau de la Música Catalana, one of the most important works of modernist style.- The Cathedral and Gothic Quarter are at just few meters away.- Las Ramblas and Plaza de Catalunya are at less than 5 min walk.- The old port and the beach are at the end of Via Laietana, just a 10 minutes walk.
Note to anyone with a disability: we inform you that to take the lift at the ground floor there are some steps that limit its acces.

Appartement idéalement situé a coté de la place de catalunya et des ramblas métro juste en bas a 3 stations du port olympiques (la ou il y a toutes les soirées) apparte spacieux proprio tjs disponible bref c'était nickel!!

Ältere Wohnung, aber durchaus akzeptabel. Sehr gute Lage, 5 min. zu den Ramblas. U-Bahn L1 um die Ecke. Waren sehr zufrieden. Kontaktperson sehr nett u. zuvorkommend.

The pictures of the apartment was much nicer than in real life. There was not all the things that it said in the announcement. We planed to eat at "home" some evenings, but the facilities in the kitchen was not there. The water pressure in the shower was really bad, had to use 20 min to get the shampoo out of my hair. The big bed was supported by some books under it, so we had to lay very still at night because we were afraid the bed was going to break. The location was great!!
Oh-barcelona:
The owner confirms having changed the bed base and checked the equipments of the kitchen ( 5 saucepans, 5 big frying pans, crockery, glasses, cups and dishes and cutlery). Please remember that if you require asistance during your stay you will need to inform the property owner or the Customer Service department who are open every day from 11pm until 8pm.
