l'appartamento e' consigliatissimo per coppie,amici ..non troppo casinisti perche' dopo mezzanotte non si puo' fare rumore...per il resto posizione fantastica,proprietario ancora di piu'...ve lo consiglio...ps.Barcellona e' super bellissima....

Piso limpio, muy tranquilo, excelentemente ubicado, con transportes muy comodos. El piso esta muy bien equipado, la acogida fue simpatica. Estamos muy satisfechos de nuestra estancia, y recomendaremos el piso a otros visitantes.

Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den ersten Blick sauber und gemütlich. Doch bei genauerem Hinschauen wäre mal ein neuer Anstrich der Wände und Türen fällig. Der Blick aus einem der Schlafzimmer in den Fahlstuhlschacht ist weder schön noch ist es dadurch ruhig. Ein eigentümlicher Geruch liegt stets in der Luft. Die Klospülung funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Die Putzfrauen sind entweder ungenau oder in Hektik. Unsere Betten waren mit klatschnasser Bettwäsche bezogen. Insgesamt ist die Lage aber gut und die Wohnung zweckmäßig. Mehr aber nicht.

Flat is a bit jaded. Furniture could do with a good clean and walls/doors need washing and painting. Location was great and C, the agent, was VERY accomodating and welcoming. The flat is next to a bus stop where you can get busses to take you to Las Ramblas and to the beach. It's also close to a metro for the rest of the city.

Die Wohnung war in einen äußertst schlechtem Allgemeinzustand / Klospülung funktionierte sehr schlecht oder gar nicht und Tür ließ sich nur mit Mühe verschließen / Möbel teilweise so verdreckt, dass kaum nutzbar / zahllose weitere Mängel / Preis dafür völlig unangemessen!! Empfehlung an Oh BCN: Unbedingt aus der Liste streichen und Verträge kündigen. Zwei Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster nach außen...
