note de 7/10 vu que les résidents étaient assez bruyants assez tard le soir et tôt le matin ainsi que la proximité avec l'école. Pour le bruit du métro cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés.

The apartment was well located, our contact was very friendly and we managed to communicate despite us not speaking Spanish and the lady speaking little English. All mod cons were available, although not used and we would stay here again. Recommended!
