Beautiful apartment close to the beach

Perfect, everything was fine, nothing to say, it was very well received.

Parfait, tout était très bien, rien à redire, on a été très bien reçu.

Location was impeccable. The kitchen is equipped was also ok for us. the stench was very unpleasant to channel waste water out of the bathroom, but with much air we got reasonably also in the grip. The small apartment was otherwise clean.

Lage war einwandfrei. Ausstattung der Küche war für uns auch ok. sehr unangenehm war der Gestank nach Kanalabwasser aus dem Badezimmer, aber mit viel lüften haben wir auch das einigermaßen in den Griff bekommen. Die kleine Wohnung war ansonsten sauber.

Apartment coquet and functional. Noise insulation a little right, but bearable. Some odors of sewers in room bathroom, but visibly from the neighborhood.

Appartement fonctionnel et coquet. Isolation phonique un peu Juste, mais supportable. Quelques odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain, mais venant visiblement du quartier.

the apartament is quite small, fine for 2-3 people, but not suitable if you expect guests for dinner! the location is excellent, just a few steps from barceloneta beach and not far from the metro station.

The site of the apartment was exactly what miming in Barceloneta, close to the beach. What could be improved quite is cleaning (e.g. the kitchen towels were dirty) and the hot water arrives just a shower. This on a floor for 4 is little. From the photos one has an impression best of the House is at ...the end. I do not think that it would, essentially due to the lack of cleaning oh (12/04/10) Note the owner informs us that he bought a new water meter and more large 

El sitio del apartamento era exactamente lo que buscabamos, en Barceloneta, muy cerca de la playa. Lo que se podría mejorar bastante es la limpieza (ej. las toallas de la cocina estaban sucias) y el agua caliente, llega justa para una ducha. Esto en un piso para 4 es poco. Desde los fotos uno ...ha una impresión mejor de la casa como es al final. No creo que volvería, esencialmente por la falta de pulizia <br/><br/> nota de oh (12/04/10) el propietario nos informa que compró un contador del agua nuevo y mas grande 

very good location and good state of housing but problem of smell of sewage in the apartment and street obliging PERR without cesse.accueil ultra fast and very little explanation or information on nearby bus stops.

tres bonne localisation et etat correct du logement mais probléme d'odeur d'égout dans l'appartement et la rue qui obligeait à aérr sans cesse.accueil ultra rapide et tres peu d'explications ou renseignements sur les arrets de bus à proximité.

We have rented an apartment because we ourselves wanted to cook.Unfortunately it smelled in the apartment strongly sewerage system, that we where not like were up.It was also not very clean and the bed covers had yellow spots!The only beauty was close to the beautiful beach promenade or to the beach.

Wir haben eine Wohnung gemietet,weil wir selber kochen wollten.Leider roch es in der Wohnung stark nach Abwasser-Kanalisation, dass wir uns dort nicht gerne aufhielten.Es war auch nicht sehr sauber und die Bettdecken hatten gelbe Flecken!Das einzig Schöne war die Nähe zur schönen Strandpromenade oder zum Badestrand.

VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION WITH EVERYTHING FITTING THE DESCRIPTION ON THE WEB SITE.ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE SMELLY DRIANS IN THE BATHROOM/ON THE STREET. THE APARTMENT ITSELF WAS VERY CLEAN

Klein aber fein! Zu dritt , für eine Woche absolut ausreichend! Alles notwendige(Küchenutensilien usw) vorhanden. Lage: SPITZE!!! 1min zum Strand! Jederzeit wieder...
