The kitchen has all the accessories: dishware, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator, vitroceramic range, oven, microwave oven and toaster.
To make your stay more agreeable, the apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning, television with international channels, a safe, Hi-Fi equipment, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, eiderdowns and duvets.
The apartments have an excellent layout, ideal for couples, small groups of friends and families. One double bedroom, small room with bunk bed, full bathroom with shower, living-dining room and American-style kitchen. The Barceloneta Beach I tourist apartments are located on the Barcelona beach. La Barceloneta, the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen, is famous for its restaurants. Situated next to the Olympic Port with over forty bars and restaurants, the neighborhood has become known for its nightlife. It also has over 4 kilometers of beaches which offer all types of nautical sports. Very close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines that allow easy access to the rest of the city and other tourist spots, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia or Güell Park.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

the apartament is quite small, fine for 2-3 people, but not suitable if you expect guests for dinner! the location is excellent, just a few steps from barceloneta beach and not far from the metro station.

El sitio del apartamento era exactamente lo que buscabamos, en Barceloneta, muy cerca de la playa. Lo que se podría mejorar bastante es la limpieza (ej. las toallas de la cocina estaban sucias) y el agua caliente, llega justa para una ducha. Esto en un piso para 4 es poco. Desde los fotos uno ha una impresión mejor de la casa como es al final. No creo que volvería, esencialmente por la falta de pulizia

Wir haben eine Wohnung gemietet,weil wir selber kochen wollten.Leider roch es in der Wohnung stark nach Abwasser-Kanalisation, dass wir uns dort nicht gerne aufhielten.Es war auch nicht sehr sauber und die Bettdecken hatten gelbe Flecken!Das einzig Schöne war die Nähe zur schönen Strandpromenade oder zum Badestrand.

Location was ideal for combination of beach and sightseeing in central Barcelona. Barceloneta metro stop was a short walk away, and there was a butcher, a baker, a fruit shop and a supermarket extremely close to the apartment. Close also to many wonderful restaurants. Contact persons were outstanding, both on day of arrival and departure. Accommodating in every way!
