To make your stay more agreeable, the apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning, television with international channels, a safe, Hi-Fi equipment, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, eiderdowns and duvets.
The apartments have an excellent layout, ideal for couples, small groups of friends and families. One double bedroom, small room with bunk bed, full bathroom with shower, living-dining room and American-style kitchen. The Barceloneta Beach I tourist apartments are located on the Barcelona beach. Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Nell'appartamento non manca niente ci sono solo delle piccole cose da sistemare come un vetro rotto, l'asciugacapelli che non funziona e la tv senza canali italiani. Ottima posizione per chi ama la spiaggia, ci sono però dieci minuti di camminata dalla metro da percorrere piacevolmente lungo il porto. Le persone di contatto veramente cordiali e disponibili, le chiavi ci sono state consegnate appena arrivati all'appartamento. Tutto perfetto !

Hello, we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was nice but it looked a lot more homely on the website. In the description it said there was international television however on arrival we were told there is only spanish channels. It was a little bit dusty and some of the crockery was quite dirty but overall a good stay.
