      Their ideal location allows tourists to reach the Olympic Village in minutes and stroll along the beaches of Barcelona. Fully equipped down to the last detail. The kitchen has all the accessories: dishware, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator, vitroceramic range, oven, microwave oven and toaster.   
      To make your stay more agreeable, the apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning, television with international channels, a safe, Hi-Fi equipment, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, eiderdowns and duvets. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor without lift.
      The apartments have an excellent layout, ideal for couples, small groups of friends and families. One double bedroom, small room with bunk bed, full bathroom with shower, living-dining room and American-style kitchen. 

      The apartment Barceloneta Beach I tourist apartments are located on the Barcelona beach. La Barceloneta, the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen, is famous for its restaurants. Situated next to the Olympic Port with over forty bars and restaurants, the neighborhood has become known for its nightlife. It also has over 4 kilometers of beaches which offer all types of nautical sports. Very close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines that allow easy access to the rest of the city and other tourist spots, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia or Güell.

      The owner has their own conditions regarding the keys and cleanliness, which if not met, may result in additional costs to the customer.

      Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.

      Prerequisite

      When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.

      If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
      After 20h – 20 Euros
      After 24h – 50 Euros

      You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.
