Their ideal location allows tourists to reach the Olympic Village in minutes and stroll along the beaches of Barcelona. Fully equipped down to the last detail. The kitchen has all the accessories: dishware, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator, vitroceramic range, oven, microwave oven and toaster.
To make your stay more agreeable, the apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning, television with international channels, a safe, Hi-Fi equipment, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, eiderdowns and duvets. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor without lift.
The apartments have an excellent layout, ideal for couples, small groups of friends and families. One double bedroom, small room with bunk bed, full bathroom with shower, living-dining room and American-style kitchen.

Situated next to the Olympic Port with over forty bars and restaurants, the neighborhood has become known for its nightlife. It also has over 4 kilometers of beaches which offer all types of nautical sports. Very close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines that allow easy access to the rest of the city and other tourist spots, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia or Güell.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

It was clean and the facilities - tv, utensils etc were good. The description of 2 bedrooms was a bit deceiving since the second "bedroom" consisted of bunk beds behind a curtain in the kitchen area! Also, the flat smelt a bit (sewerage) which improved with time.

Im Haus und davor gab es regen Dealer-Verkehr (Nachbar der 4. Etage) mit den entsprechenden Begleiterscheinungen: offene Haustür, Tag und Nacht Gerenne, Gespräche bis hin zum halbstündigen Türeintreten-Versuch. Keine Ruhe, kein gutes Gefühl, Gestank von den Leuten und Gestank im Bad.Dieses Haus sollte man meiden.

A clean, well equiped appartement and good location. However, I found smell of the bathroom is very annoying. I think it is due to a leakage from the outgoing pipe. Hot water is not working properly. We only had a hot water less than about 5 minutes, and it was gone for many hours. It was a big problem when we took a bath. Internet was not working properly (10 euro additional payment), it may be due to a network problem.

(11/01/2011) The owner assure us that internet is now working properly. Please warn the owner if any problem shows up, so that he can fix it.

ok This apartment is not for anyone over 30 years with a suit case. 9 sets of narrow stairs. th location smells like a sewer and no coffee pot.

(14/12/2010) If the lift does not appear in the apartment description it means that the building is not provided with. The owner assure us that a new coffee pot has been bought.
