    • Fully equipped, down to the last detail. The apartment kitchen provides all accessories: dishware, tableware, cooking equipment, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator, vitroceramic plates, regular oven, microwave oven and toaster.
      For an agreeable stay, both heating and cooling are available, as well as television, safe, musical installation, washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, eiderdown quilts and Nordic covers. It has an excellent spatial distribution, optimal for couples, small groups of friends and families. One main double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk bed, full bathroom with shower stall, dining room and separate kitchen.
       
      The apartment Barceloneta Beach III is located on the Barcelona beach in La Barceloneta, the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen and famous for its restaurants. It is next to the Olympic Port, which features over forty bars and restaurants and has become the new leisure area of the city that, together with over four kilometers of beaches, offers the possibility of all kinds of nautical sports.

      Very close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines that allow easy access to the rest of the city and visits to other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia cathedral or Guëll Park.

      The owner has their own conditions regarding the keys and cleanliness, which if not met, may result in additional costs to the customer.

      Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.

      Prerequisite

      When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.

      If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
      After 20h – 20 Euros
      After 24h – 50 Euros

      You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.
