This apartment is set on the first floor (without elevator access). Its location close to the district’s metro station makes sightseeing easy. The recently renovated interior features contemporary design, and comes with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge-diner with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
An ideal location allows tourists to arrive in just a few minutes at the Olympic Village and stroll along the beaches of Barcelona. The apartments are also very close to Ciutadella Park and the Zoological Museum.
Fully equipped, down to the last detail. Each apartment provides all accessories. The Barceloneta Beach IV apartments are located on the Barcelona beach, in the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen, famous for its restaurants. Next to the Olympic Port and featuring over forty bars and restaurants, it has become the city’s new leisure area that offers four kilometers of beaches and the possibity for all types of nautical sports.
The apartments are close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines allowing easy access to the rest of the city and other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia or the Güell Park.
The owner has their own conditions regarding the keys and cleanliness, which if not met, may result in additional costs to the customer.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

The apartment is in good condition and with all equipped, what it takes (hair dryer, kettle, coffeemaker, Toaster,...). The small balcony is also suitable to sit a bit out there and the locals in the street watching :-) Unfortunately, the \"double bed\" is not a real double bed but deferred along ...twin beds, which also very easily apart slides. The location is great to explore the city and enjoy on the other hand the very beautiful beach and the sea. On the whole, a highly recommended apartment!
Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Föhn, Wasserkocher, Kaffeekocher, Toaster,...). Der kleine Balkon eignet sich auch um ein bisschen draußen zu sitzen und die Einheimischen in der Gasse zu beobachten :-) Das "Doppelbett" ist leider kein richtiges... Doppelbett sondern zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die auch sehr sehr leicht auseinanderrutschen. Die Lage eignet sich super, um zum einen die Stadt zu erkunden und zum anderen den sehr schönen Strand und das Meer zu genießen. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement!

Good shopping facilities nearby, traffic-calmed Street. Taxi driver has the road not found unfortunately, Carrera del Mar was served instead of sea. The entrance door is unfortunately very noisy in the Castle and the air conditioner cools does not really. We have felt us but still very comfortable and you will :-) in only about 5 min to the sea.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, verkehrsberuhigte Straße. Taxifahrer hat leider die Straße nicht gefunden, statt Meer wurde Carrera del Mar angefahren. Die Eingangstür fällt leider sehr laut ins Schloss und die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht wirklich. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und man ist in nur ca. 5 min am Meer :-).
