This apartment is set on the second floor (without elevator access). Its location close to the district’s metro station makes sightseeing easy. The recently renovated interior features contemporary design, and comes with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge-diner with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
An ideal location allows tourists to arrive in just a few minutes at the Olympic Village and stroll along the beaches of Barcelona. The apartments are also very close to Ciutadella Park and the Zoological Museum.
Fully equipped, down to the last detail. Each apartment provides all accessories. The "Barceloneta Beach IV" apartments are located on the Barcelona beach, in the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen, famous for its restaurants. Next to the Olympic Port and featuring over forty bars and restaurants, it has become the city’s new leisure area that offers four kilometers of beaches and the possibity for all types of nautical sports.
The apartments are close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines allowing easy access to the rest of the city and other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia or the Güell Park.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

The apartment was exactly as in the photograph. Newly renovated with air-conditioning and a small balcony. It is really only suitable for 2 people. The beds could have been more comfortable though. No lift and narrow stairs. We stayed on the 2nd floor which was an easy climb but I still found myself fantasizing about knotting sheets and jumping from the balcony in the event of fire so floor 5 would not be nice I think. I minute to the right for beach and 1 minute to the left for barcelonetta market and square. 2 minutes to port vell. Short 10 minute or less walk to metro. Street inhabited mainly by elderly locals as opposed to tourists which is great. On a pedestrianised street son lots of people to look at. Street very quiet at night to easy to sleep. I would stay there again.
