This apartment is set on the fourth floor (without elevator access). Its location close to the district’s metro station makes sightseeing easy. The recently renovated interior features contemporary design, and comes with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge-diner with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
An ideal location allows tourists to arrive in just a few minutes at the Olympic Village and stroll along the beaches of Barcelona. The apartments are also very close to Ciutadella Park and the Zoological Museum.
Fully equipped, down to the last detail. Each apartment provides all accessories. The "Barceloneta Beach IV" apartments are located on the Barcelona beach, in the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen, famous for its restaurants. Next to the Olympic Port and featuring over forty bars and restaurants, it has become the city’s new leisure area that offers four kilometers of beaches and the possibity for all types of nautical sports.
The apartments are close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines allowing easy access to the rest of the city and other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia or the Güell Park.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Excellant again. I stayed in the same place 3 years ago and was very impressed. Location is spot on. I did have a couple of people ring the bell in the morning on a couple of occassions for people living below in the block which was a bit of a annoyance. Met by staff at an agreed time and was very friendly and helpful.

Nice apartment. Well located. 2 Steps from the harbour and shops. Bus at the end of the street. A little dark but (located in a narrow alley). 4 floors a little painful to ride several times per day. TV and light Hood does not work.
Bel appartement. Bien situé. A 2 pas du Port et des commerces. Bus au bout de la rue. Un peu sombre cependant (situé dans une ruelle étroite). 4 étages un peu pénibles à monter plusieurs fois par jour. TV et lumière hotte ne fonctionnaient pas.

Waren alle sehr zufrieden. Die Kontaktperson war super freundlich, hat uns auch von der MetroStation auch abgeholt. Die Lage war perfekt. 2min zum Strand und 5min zur Ubahn Station Barceloneta. War echt ein gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr schöne, kleine und gemütliche Unterkunft - in einem typischen Barcelona-Haus. Zu bemängeln hätten wir lediglich, dass die Duschkabine kaputt war und die Couch schon sehr abgenutzt. Das haben jedoch der Service und die perfekt sowie ruhige Lage am Strand aufgewogen! Wir waren zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen!

Great accommodation in a terrific location. The only problem was negotiating four flights of very narrow stairs with large, heavy suitcases. The contact person, Vanessa, very kindly assisted my wife. I could not get the washer/dryer to dry our clothes,but that could be my fault. A drying line on the roof would be good.
