Lovely, bright apartment with two terraces

We really enjoyed our stay here - the apartment was better than expected. The two terraces were great and better than they appeared in the photos. The apartment was well equipped and was near to shops & a metro station so everything was within easy reach. We'd definitely stay here again.

DECUSLa contact person arrived with 30 min of delay. The apartment is located far enough away from everything except the Sagrada (although). It is rather small and really evil arranged (what is not necessarily seen on the picture). The kitchen is ridiculously small, opening the oven touching the ...wall in front... It is a converted closet, neither more nor less.The shutters are in very poor condition, helping them get off by pulling it manually.There are two terraces, with two exhibition different, theoretically, but in reality, the deal on the street and the smell of garbage, the other is in Dodger full and the provided parasol does not work.The (loud) fridge is at the door of the House, in the living room... There is an air-con, good point in summer 

DECUS La personne de contact est arrivée avec 30 min de retard. L'appartement est situé assez loin de tout, hormis de la Sagrada (bien que). Il est plutôt petit et vraiment mal agencé (ce que l'on ne voit pas forcément sur les photo). La cuisine est ridiculement petite, en ouvrant le four on ...touche le mur d'en face... C'est un placard aménagé, ni plus ni moins. Les volets roulants sont en très mauvais état, il faut les aider à descendre en tirant dessus manuellement. Il y a deux terrasses, avec deux exposition différentes, théoriquement bien, mais en réalité, l'une donne sur la rue et les effluves des ordures, l'autre est en plein cagnard et le parasol fourni ne fonctionne pas. Le frigo (bruyant) est à la porte de la chambre, dans le salon... Il y a une clim, point positif en plein été 

The apartment was really great, clean and just 5 minutes from the Metro. The only criticism: there was no hair dryer.

Die Wohnung war wirklich prima, sauber und nur 5 Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es war kein Fön vorhanden.

very clean, very peaceful, lovely views. bit cramped if there's four staying, kitchen is tiny, but the two terraces and bbq make up for that. would book again

The apt. is something outside in the Guinardó district, but with the 5-day ticket is no problem, very nice one in 15 minutes on the Rambla :) Best are the 2 terraces with stunning views of the city, we have not tried the grill, to our stay was unfortunately too short living and dining area, very ...good and generous, bedroom also with a safe in the closet, more hangers were not bad a few, kitchen very narrow but suitable and actually one ok, which is coffee machine only for 2 cups espresso machine for more than 2 pers. not suitable. I certainly again book, class would this apartment! 

Das Apt. ist sehr schön, etwas außerhalb im Bezirk Guinardo, aber mit dem 5-Tage-Ticket kein Problem, man ist in 15 Min. auf der Rambla :) Am Besten sind die 2 Terrassen mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt, den Grill haben wir nicht ausprobiert, dazu war unser Aufenthalt leider zu kurz, Wohn- und ...Essbereich sehr gut und großzügig, Schlafzimmer auch gut mit Safe im Schrank, ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel wären nicht schlecht, Küche sehr schmal aber ok, die Kaffeemaschine ist nur für 2 Tassen geeignet und eigentlich eine Espresso-Maschine für mehr als 2 Pers. nicht geeignet. Dieses Apartment würde ich auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen, klasse!!!

We fühltenuns here very well, everything was in line with our expectations; only a pot of tea BREW would be desirable.

Wir fühltenuns hier sehr wohl, alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen; nur eine Kanne zum Tee aufbrühen wäre wünschenswert.

The apartment is a dream! Barcelona is one foot and the view is great. Man lives quietly in a typical Spanish and can reach well all the sights. The establishment and equipment of the apartment leaves no wish left. The contact person was very friendly and competent. We (2 people) had a great time in Barcelona!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Barcelona liegt einem zu Füßen und der Ausblick ist großartig. Man wohnt ruhig in einem typischen spanischen Wohnviertel und kann gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wunsche übrig. Die Kontaktperson war ...ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent. Wir (zwei Personen) hatten eine tolle Zeit in Barcelona!
