This recently refurbished, tourist apartment is located just off Las Ramblas, surrounded by the Gothic Quarter. It is located on the first floor, without elevator access. The Ramblas apartments are fully equipped, down to the last detail. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed.
The Ramblas apartments are on Las Ramblas boulevard, in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years. This building is in the center of the medieval city, surrounded by leisure establishments that will make your stay unforgettable. Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Bien placé mais très bruyant (pour ceux qui dorment dans le clic clac) malgré que l'on soit en décembre.Le descriptif de la location précise que l'appartement est au 1er étage, pour nous Français c'est un 2éme étage (nous avons compté 42 marches).Cage d'escalier très étroite. Hola. Ottima posizione, funzionale anche se la stanza è un po' piccola. Non comodissimo il divano-letto. Comunque complessivamente ne sono soddisfatto. A 80 metri (verso le Ramblas) sulla stessa via trovate un ottimo ristorante (fila all'esterno per entrare)

Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, mitten im gotischen Viertel! Dadurch aber auch ziemlich lärmig nachts/morgens, vorallem wenn man auf dem Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer schläft. Im Schlafzimmer ist es aber sehr ruhig.

L'alloggio è veramente in una posizione strategica (150 mt dalla rambla principale) e direi anche poco rumoroso. Devo però dire che la strada e sopratutto la piazzetta sottostante sono frequentate da persone abbasatanza "alternative"....Io ero con mio marito e due bambini e insomma..da sola e di notte non ci sarei passata tanto volentieri. Un'altra cosa: consiglierei un piccolo aspirapolvere perchè è molto difficile con ciò che è in dotazione fare le pulizie (anche di minima) e invece sarebbe facilissimo visto che l'appartamento è nuovo e ancora ben tenuto. In ogni caso è stata per noi un'ottima scelta da consigliare certamente.
