Apartment in an excellent location on Las Ramblas boulevard

apartment very clean and very well located but noisy evening .not explanation for the use of heating, luckily it was not cold!

Well placed but very noisy (for those who sleep in the Click Clack) Although it is in December.The description of the precise location that the apartment is on the 1st floor, for us French this is a 2nd floor (we counted 42 markets).Very narrow stairwell. Still very happy with our stay. Remember to ...insist to call upon arrival at the airport for the appointment on the spot.Stay of the 23/12/2011 to 27/12/2011, two couples-original France 

Bien placé mais très bruyant (pour ceux qui dorment dans le clic clac) malgré que l'on soit en décembre.Le descriptif de la location précise que l'appartement est au 1er étage, pour nous Français c'est un 2éme étage (nous avons compté 42 marches).Cage d'escalier très étroite. Malgré ...tout très contents de notre séjour. Penser à insister sur le fait de téléphoner à l'arrivée à l'aéroport pour le RDV sur place. Hola. Functional, although the room is a bit small. Not very comfortable sofa-bed. Anyway I am satisfied overall. At 80 meters (to the Ramblas) on the same street you will find an excellent restaurant (row outside to enter)

Hola. Ottima posizione, funzionale anche se la stanza è un po' piccola. Non comodissimo il divano-letto. Comunque complessivamente ne sono soddisfatto. A 80 metri (verso le Ramblas) sulla stessa via trovate un ottimo ristorante (fila all'esterno per entrare)

Apartment very well located, right in the Gothic quarter! This is also quite noisy at night/morning, especially if you sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. In the bedroom, it is very quiet.

Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, mitten im gotischen Viertel! Dadurch aber auch ziemlich lärmig nachts/morgens, vorallem wenn man auf dem Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer schläft. Im Schlafzimmer ist es aber sehr ruhig.

It was a really nice apartment and it was what we expected. A little bit loud during friday and saturday night, but if I went back to Barcelona I would live in the sam apartment.

Very good apartment, but no washing machine.

The accommodation is really conveniently located (150 meters from rambla main) and I would say even a little noisy. However, I must say the way and especially the little square below are frequented by \"alternative\" pretty people. ...I was with my husband and two children and in short ...alone and ...at night there\'d be passed so willingly. Another thing: I would recommend a small vacuum cleaner because it is very difficult with the supplied cleaning (even minimal) and instead would be easy since the apartment is new and well kept. Anyway it\'s been a good choice for money certainly. 

L'alloggio è veramente in una posizione strategica (150 mt dalla rambla principale) e direi anche poco rumoroso. Devo però dire che la strada e sopratutto la piazzetta sottostante sono frequentate da persone abbasatanza "alternative"....Io ero con mio marito e due bambini e insomma..da sola e di ...notte non ci sarei passata tanto volentieri. Un'altra cosa: consiglierei un piccolo aspirapolvere perchè è molto difficile con ciò che è in dotazione fare le pulizie (anche di minima) e invece sarebbe facilissimo visto che l'appartamento è nuovo e ancora ben tenuto. In ogni caso è stata per noi un'ottima scelta da consigliare certamente.
